Nothing but Primes - Privacy Policy

Introduction

This privacy policy explains how information is handled in the iOS app “Nothing but Primes” (the “App”), published by independent developer Koki Tanisaka.

The App is free, and it is funded by advertising shown inside the app. To deliver those ads, our advertising partners collect certain information from your device. This policy explains what that involves.

No account required

The App does not require an account. We do not collect information that directly identifies you, such as your name, email address, phone number or date of birth.

Information stored only on your device

The following data is stored only on your device. It is never sent to us (we do not operate a server).

How far you have sunk, and the primes and codex cards you have found
The factors you have collected and the upgrades you have bought
In-app settings, such as the slow-viewing toggle and whether you have seen the opening statement

This data is lost when you delete the App, and it cannot be recovered.

Information collected by third parties for advertising

The App uses Unity LevelPlay (ironSource) and Unity Ads, provided by Unity Technologies, to deliver advertising. The App shows a banner at the bottom of the screen, and an optional video you may choose to watch in exchange for a temporary speed boost. To display, optimize and measure ads, these providers may collect the following from your device:

The advertising identifier (IDFA) and other device identifiers
Device information (model, OS version, language, time zone, screen size, network type)
IP address and the approximate location (country or region) derived from it
Records of ad impressions, views and taps
Diagnostic information about app usage and performance

This information is used to:

Deliver ads and select more relevant ones
Measure ad impressions and performance
Detect and prevent fraudulent ad activity
Improve service quality

App Tracking Transparency

The App shows the iOS tracking permission dialog. Only if you allow it is your advertising identifier (IDFA) shared with our advertising partners so that ads can be tailored to your interests.

If you decline, every part of the App remains fully available. Ads will still be shown, but they will be less relevant to you.

You can change this at any time in the iOS Settings app under Privacy & Security → Tracking.

Your privacy choices (U.S. state residents)

We do not sell your personal information for money. However, sharing device identifiers and ad interaction data with our advertising partners so that they can show you interest-based ads may be treated as a “sale” or as “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) and similar laws in other U.S. states.

To opt out, decline the tracking permission dialog, or turn off Allow Tracking for this App at any time in the iOS Settings app under Privacy & Security → Tracking. While tracking is not allowed, the App tells our advertising partners not to sell or share your personal information, and your advertising identifier (IDFA) is not made available to them.

Depending on your state, you may also have the right to know what personal information is collected about you, to request its deletion or correction, and not to be treated differently for exercising those rights. To make a request, email us at the address below and we will respond within the period required by applicable law. We do not collect sensitive personal information, and we do not knowingly process the personal information of anyone under 16 for targeted advertising.

Where the App is available

The App is not currently offered in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, mainland China or Russia. This policy therefore does not describe rights under the GDPR or the UK GDPR.

Deleting your data

All data stored on your device is erased when you delete the App. If you wish to request deletion of information held by our advertising partners, please use the contact points listed in the Unity privacy policy above, or contact us at the address below.

Children's privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. The App is not configured as a child-directed service for advertising purposes.

Changes to this policy

This privacy policy may be updated as features change or as required by law. Any changes will be posted on this page along with the updated date.
